Our 8 rooms are situated in 2 buildings that gracefully incorporate
traditional Balinese architecture, reflecting superior craftsmanship.
All of our spacious rooms are fan cooled and furnished using an
attractive mix of both antique and contemporary Indonesian furnishings.
Spend a day on your private verandah, enjoying relaxing views of
the pool and gardens.
Taman Rahasia is tucked away in the village of Penestanan Kaja,
on the outskirts of Ubud. Concerned with the over-development of
the rice-fields, the owners chose to use a site located in a coconut
& bamboo grove that was once a part of the family compound.
In building, care was taken to leave as much of the existing vegetation
in place and the coconut trees that were cut down were then used
in the building process. Not only will you enjoy the tranquillity
of the setting; you will be staying in a traditional Balinese family
compound, enjoying the warm hospitality that the Balinese people
are known for. Our goal at Taman Rahasia is to give you the perfect
