Rates
All special internet rates are including tax and service charges, and are quoted in US Dollars. Please check carefully the validity of the rates.

Reservation
Special rates are valid for any booking made through www.bali-travel-agency.com and could not compare with other supplier.We provided reservation form on every hotel sites. Just fill the form and click submit or you can send us any email.

Guarantee
All confirmed reservations will need to be guaranteed with credit card (Visa & Master), except 3-5 stars hotel or Villa must be settled 50% payment. We will send you the details and for the scurity reason, please send it though our fax no +62 361 467493.
If you don't have any credit card, you can send us one night deposit in advance. We require you to send us the bank transfer slip though our facimile. One the money is coming we will email you back.

Payment
The payment can be done upon your arrival in Bali and for beyond Bali services, our local representative will be collected the payment (only for 1-2 stars hotels or homestay). We accept the payment in cash ( mostly major currancy like :US$, Euro, Yen etc ) and also credit. There is 3% additional charge for any payment with credit card. The total amount will be converted into rupiah using bank selling rate. We are recommend you to settle the payment in cash.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fee will be applied for any cancellation made within 7days during normal season, 14 days on high season and 30 days on peak season prior to the arrival date. We will mentioned the cancellation policy once we send you the confirmation. The fee will be charged to your credit card. Early check out will be charged one night room value during low season and will be charged full night reserved during high and peak season. No refund for any unusing service.

How to cancel the booking ?
If you want to cancel the booking you did, please send us email.

Voucher
Hotel voucher will be send directly to the hotel. If you need the copy of the voucher you may give us your fax number. We also can scan the voucher and send you by email if it nesesary.

Office hour starting 09:00 - 18:00. We open from Monday to Saturday. Sunday or public holiday is closed.
